FAQ

1. What benefits will I feel from using a cold plunge?
Our plunge pools are designed to help you feel fitter, clearer, and more energised. Regular cold immersion can reduce muscle soreness, speed up recovery, boost circulation, sharpen mental focus, and even improve your mood. Many of our customers say it feels like a total body reset.

2. How cold should the water be?
For the best results, most users keep their plunge at 10–15°C. The great thing about our tubs is that you can control the temperature — start a little warmer if you’re new and cool it down as you build your tolerance.

3. How long do I need to stay in?
You don’t need to spend hours in the tub — just 2–5 minutes in our plunge pool is enough to feel the difference. With consistent use, you’ll recover faster after training and feel more resilient day to day.

4. Do I need to add ice?
Not at all! Our plunge pools are built to stay cold without the hassle of lugging ice bags from the store. If you want to go extra extreme, you can add ice, but most customers find the pool’s cooling system does the job perfectly.

5. Is cold plunging safe for me?
Cold therapy is safe for most people, and our plunge pools make it easy to ease in at your own pace. If you have medical concerns, check with your doctor first. We always recommend starting slow, and our insulated design means you’re in full control every time you plunge.
